SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! All the brands we carry offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs and time vary for each brand, please check the “SHIPPING RATES & INFO” tab on each product page to find out the shipping cost, departure country, and estimated delivery time of a specific product before making your order.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time varies for each product,  please check the “SHIPPING RATES & INFO” tab on each product page for an estimated time. Please note that shipping / transit time may vary depending on your region. Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order items may require a longer production time.

All wedding dresses are handmade just for you (made-to-order), and require 3-4 weeks production time plus shipping time, so please be sure to order early (at least 2 months before your wedding day).

Express shipping is available for most but not all brands with an additional cost.  If express shipping is available, you will see the option under the “SHIPPING RATES & INFO” tab on each product page and be able to select the express option at checkout.

If your order contains multiple items, items may be shipped out separately.

We understand that the hardest thing about online shopping is waiting for your package to arrive, and all our artists will work hard to get your order in your hands as soon as we can.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges that your package may be subjected to. Therefore, we encourage you to check your country’s import fees regulations. The shipping charges of your purchase only cover the postage cost; it does not cover any additional customs duty.

How can I change something on my order?

If you need to change or cancel or modify any information on your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If tracking is available, tracking information will be included in the email. kindly note that shipping companies will need some time to process and update tracking.

Most of our products are made by the designer from first sketch to last stitch to maintain high quality standards every step of the way. Learn more about our handselected, amazing designer teams under the “Craftsmanship” section of each product page.

What materials are your products made from?

All our Brands and designers work hard to ensure that they use only the highest quality of materials from ethical, reliable sources to ensure the finest quality. We keep this information transparent, and you will be able to see material information under product description.

Does Praise have a storefront?

No, we do not have a physical storefront; however, most of the Brands we carry do have stores or studios located in different countries.  We are an e-commerce marketplace offering beautifully handcrafted products from all around the world. By promoting international talents, customers are no longer restricted by geographical boundaries, and creative artists get to share their wonderful work with lovers worldwide.
